Bali is not
just Kuta or Sanur and Seminyak. Moving to the north, you will find Lovina
Beach which is located approximately 9 kilometers from Singaraja City,
precisely in Kalibukbuk Village, Buleleng, Buleleng, Bali. Lovina Beach
no less beautiful than other beaches on the island. However, the original black
sand beach in Bali do not like in general. Waves on the beach was relatively
quiet and friendly so as to allow visitors traveled to the middle of the ocean
with a fishing boat.
The most
sought-after attractions of Lovina is show common bottlenose dolphin (Tursiops
truncatus). You can watch these clever animals jumping on the high seas with
their groups. Usually they appear in the morning when the sun was dawning.
Kalibukbuk
village itself is situated near the bay-shaped beach so the view is quite
beautiful. Formerly the village was used as a port, so no wonder that so
crowded with commerce and cultural exchange. Lovina sea was no less
fascinating, there are flowers beautiful coral and fish were varied.
Lovina
history can not be separated from the figure Anak Agung Flag Tisna ever around
Europe and Asia. He is interested in a way of life and the condition of the
people in Bombay, India, which made him think to apply his insights on
community development in Buleleng.
Returned
from abroad in 1953, Anak Agung Flag Tisna immediately declared their
aspirations and began to build a cottage named Lovina on his property. This
place is furnished in the form of accommodation 3 bedrooms and restaurant on
the seafront, very useful for those who want to vacation.
Lovina is
derived from the word love means love, and ina which in the language of Bali
means mother, so that the name refers to the meaning: love the motherland.
Lovina name could not be used because they are not known in Bali. Therefore,
the next entrepreneur never use names like Mangala, Krishna, Angsoka, Nirvana
and many laggi.
Finally
after developing North Bali tourism, business and travel agent requests for a
name Lovina back. From only the name of an inn, is now immortalized Lovina be
